State Level :-

| The programme is managed Officer of the Rank of Commissioner at the State Level and assisted by Deputy Commissioner and two Assistant Commissioners, Mamlatdars etc. Overall Administrative supervision and budgetary control is exercised over the districts by the Commissioner. |

| District Level :- |
The Collector at the District level is head of MDM Organisation and
is assisted by Dy. Collector exclusively for MDM work. An other officer of the rank of Dy. Primary Education officer from Education Dept. assist the Dy. Collector in the discharge of his duties.

| At Municipal Corporation level we have Municipal Commissioner who exercises control through a separate Dy. Collector and his staff. |

Taluka Level :-
|
| The Mamlatdar (Tehsildar) looks after the functions of MDM at the Block / Taluka Level and is assisted by Dy. Mamlatdars / Primary-School Inspector etc. |
